Order are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEX, or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our supplier warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
All orders are shipper from US, Australia, Shangai, or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to your faster.
We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send your Order Tracking Number. If you do not receive your Order Tracking Number within 7 business days from the day you have completed your payment, please contact us for more information.
At MY BUSY TODDLER, we do our best to make sure that our products descriptions are as detailed as possible so that you do not encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they’re ordering.
We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
A large majority of the items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours. It is, therefore, imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can try to cancel your order before the end of that period, i.e. before it is processed and/or shipped.
No request for cancellation of your order will be accepted for consideration if it has already been processed.
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to give us a precise address modification. This can only be done if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect shipping information instructions. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, addresses incomplete…).
In these last cases, these parcels can be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order minus the shipping costs, or we will propose a re-shipment, according to your choice.
You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order as long as your package has not been received by the sender.
We accept returns* for all reasons! Even you are dissatisfied or you have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 14 days from the time you receive your goods. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this return form. Sign it and send it with your package to the address that we will let you know of when you contact our support.
